My Story
As the founder of The Makeup Chest. I have always had a passion for beauty and makeup. After a trip to America over 5 years ago and seeing the range of beauty products available over there. I felt there was a place in the market back in Australia for a small business like mine.
My focus in The Makeup Chest is to offer genuine designer brand cosmetics at discounted prices through out Australia.
I also like to source Limited edition, discontinued, Rare, Hard to find, PRE released cosmetics lines.
All of products we sell are 100% Authentic genuine brand cosmetics.

Are your products genuine?
Absolutely! All of our products are 100% genuine original brand products. The Makeup Chest only sells genuine products. All of the products we offer have been purchased from registered Australian wholesalers.
What is your returns policy?
When the product is opened unused or tested and not faulty a refund cannot be given. We will happily exchange for incorrectly supplied product or faulty product if it has not been opened, and is undamaged and in original packaging and condition. Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind or on sale items.
Are my Details Secure ?
Yes! All the information we get when you place your order is essential for us to process your order and keep you up to date We ensure all your details are kept secure. We do not sell, rent or pass on any of your details to other parties.

What are the shipping cost?
Standard Flat rate of $8.00 on all purchase under $70.
Any order over $70 is free Standard shipping.
Express shipping cost is $25.00(Please note the due to covid19 Australia post experiencing significant delays. During this time we have suspended the option of express shipping.)
All orders come with tracking.
How do i track my order?
When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with you tracking number. You can visit
